Who Needs a Foster Parent?
Children who are at
the end of their rope emotionally, physically, and psychologically. Thankfully we have
Someone who understands this need:
"Come to Me,
all you who are weary and burdened, and
I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am
gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest
for your souls." Matthew 11:28-29
It has often been said you can lead a horse to
water but cannot make him drink. That is true.
But you can offer him refreshment and a way to
quench his thirst. A place of peace and respite does a lot to heal damaged
emotions.
