Right now I have a migraine headache. Normally, I have medicine that helps in a short amount of time but not so today. Therefore, I will be just letting you know the prayer needs. Last week we had a mix up in the e-mailing due to a server problem, so, most of you did not receive any prayer requests. We will try and update you now.
· Tonight is an ODFT Board meeting to try and assess some financial issues we have been having. We have some good ideas but need the board to see if they think they will work out. Pray for wisdom and solutions for all matters pertaining to this issue.
· So, far this month we have paid the bills due to several generous people stepping up and giving generously. We are always so surprised. We expect the Lord to work things out but it is always so fun to see how it happens because we never know how He is going to accomplish it.
· Melissa is trying very hard to do what we have told her to do that will make her physically better, but she still does not eat even a portion of what needs to be eaten. She will not talk about emotions, other than the here and now (which is just whining not constructive). Spiritually, she is trying to receive salvation through our faith not her own. Pray for her. We care too much for her to see her in so much pain needlessly.
· Matt got that temporary job and is now working at Tyndale in the warehouse. Now he would like his probation to be forgiven so he can go in the Army. Pray for God's will to be clear.
· Pray for Joel as he starts back to school this week.
· Actually, Pat, Jill, Hillary, Keano and Matt are all going to school too. Pray for all of us.
· We had hoped Margie would get involved with the singles group at church but they are all in their thirties which is too old for her. Pray for her to have a place where she can belong.
· Please pray that our house will run smoothly as I return to school. I just have a few more organizational things to do this week. Pray it will be a smoother year in that regard. I know there will be challenges but having an organized home will help.
