Are You A Foster Parent?
Or...
|

- Want guidance through the licensing
system?
- Are a Foster Parent in need? Of
furniture, training, or respite care?
Then the Foster Parent
Supplemental Support Program is set up to help you.
Just contact us
and make your needs known. (If you are already a Foster Parent, we may
need to see your license.)
Years ago, the
Directors of ODFT
perceived this vital need from personal experience and set up the Foster
Parent Supplemental Support Program
to provide needed time for foster parents to rejuvenate frazzled
nerves, receive needed training and to help with everyday practical
needs: obtaining beds, dining room tables, groceries, and even fire
extinguishers.

Glencoe Street Home
|

The Glencoe Street Transitional Home was ODFT's
first home and continues to be in vibrant use. Paul and Jill
Keenon are the Foster Parents in charge of the Glencoe St.
Home for girls and, as you probably know by now, are the Founders of Open
Door for Teen's, Inc.
|
Morse Street Home
|

In the year 2000, ODFT again purchased,
through the FPSSP, a new home to house Teen Boys. The Foster Parents
living in this home can care for up to six (6) boys.
