A word from the President of the Board

First of all I would like to thank you for your interest in the work of Open Door For Teen's.

Second I would like to explain to you why your prayer and financial support are so critical to the work being done at Open Door for Teen's.

Open Door is a donation based ministry. We depend on people like you to keep ODFT going. You are the ones who drive the work we do by praying for and giving to ODFT.

With two homes to support and other ongoing work at ODFT it is costly.

In the past few years, especially since 9-11, ODFT's revenue from donations has dropped drastically. Sorry to say that because of the lack of funding we have had to close and sell one of our homes. It was a tough decision on the part of the Board.

Still today ODFT's income is down and has caused us to cut back on our mission.

In order to keep going with the vision God has given us we need your help.

Please consider:

#1. Praying for ODFT. Weekly we send a prayer letter out to those willing to pray with us for the need's of the Teen's and young Adults we minister to and for the Ministry in general. If you would like to join our prayer team e-mail us. Or you can go to our prayer page to view our weekly requests.

#2 Giving a gift to ODFT. Your gifts are appreciated by the Teen's and Young Adults we help.
